Henryetta Police Department Names Officer Clint Barnes as 2026 Officer of the Year

The Henryetta Police Department is proud to recognize Officer Clint Barnes as the 2026 Officer of the Year for his dedication, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to serving the citizens of Henryetta.

Since joining the department on August 11, 2025, Officer Barnes has quickly earned the respect of both his fellow officers and the community through his strong work ethic, proactive policing, and positive attitude. He has consistently shown a willingness to step up, work hard, and serve the community with pride and professionalism.

Officer Barnes has also demonstrated an exceptional commitment to improving himself as an officer. Since beginning his law enforcement career, he has completed more than 729 hours of law enforcement and continuing education training. He graduated from the Central Technology Center Basic Peace Officer Academy in Sapulpa with an impressive exam score of 99 percent, reflecting the dedication and effort he brings to his profession every day.
