Responsibilities & Duties
The City Clerk performs the following duties:
- Collects and deposits of all revenue
- Handles financial and end-of-the-month reports
- Keeps of records on all information that comes to the city
- Prepares Council agenda and packet information
- Reconciles bank statements
- Records all minutes, ordinances and resolutions for permanent records
- Takes and prepares minutes of Council meetings
