Item #3-Discuss/Act Tammie Hiatt, Chamber of Commerce Rodeo Committee, request to use Nichols Park for the Living Legend’s Jim Shoulders Rodeo on September 5th & 6th, 2026

Item #4-Discuss/Act Christy Jeffcoat, Chamber of Commerce is requesting $600 (each date) for Bounce House during Cruise Nights on April 11th, 2026, June 13th, 2026, and September 26th, 2026

Item #5-Discuss/Act Jennifer Corbin request the use of the Gazebo Park for the Henryetta Hallow Fall Festival on October 17th, 2026, but would like to start getting things set up on the day before on the 16th

Item #6-Discuss Recreation and Tourism events i.e. Lions (coming up egg hunt), Rotary, Credit Union Car show, Chamber of Commerce Activities, Tennis Association events, & etc.  Any event that would bring in tourism.

Item #8-Discuss/ Act Chamber of Commerce is seeking approval for 3 weekends in December 2026
