ITEM #2: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,023.88 for the 2015 Note Series monthly payment.
ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $24,150.36.
ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Tyler Technologies, Inc. in the amount $41,014.83 for annual service agreement.
ITEM #5: Discuss/Act on approval of payment of Invoice No. 223132-11 in the amount of $2,687.50 to Myers Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc. for Jim Hall Lake Spillway Improvements using ARPA funds for (OWRB ARPA Grant #ARPA-23-0002-DG Funds).

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act on request by Tristan Demmitt regarding use of Civic Center on December 18, 2025 for a community wide Christmas dinner.
ITEM #9: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 510 E Gum Street (McKay Henryetta Lots 34 to & Incl 41 & Lots 42 to & Incl 46 less R/R Blk 1) owned by Roy Michael Taylor. (Item tabled at October, 2025 meeting until December, 2025 meeting)
ITEM #10: Discuss/Act on approval of City Manager’s Report.
ITEM #11: Discuss/Act on entering into Executive Session under Title 25 Section 307 B(4) of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the purpose of confidential communications between the Council and its Attorney concerning:
(1) Claims and actions arising from a pending lawsuit, Muscogee (Creek) Nation v. City of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Case No. 25-cv-00227-GLJ, and with the advice of its attorney a determination that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the City to process such claims and litigation in the public interest.
