ITEM #7: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 705 W Gentry (OT Henryetta Lot 3 E 8’ Thereof BLK 10) owned by Roy Michael Taylor. (Item Tabled October 17, 2025 – To allow 60 days for her crews to make all required improvement).
ITEM #8: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Planning and Zoning Board to rezone the following property from R-1 Single Family Residential District to R-2 General Residential District. (The address of this property is 1513 W Broadway) (The legal description is Glendale Henryetta Lots 7 to & Including 10 Block 15 located in Okmulgee County, State of Oklahoma)
ITEM #9: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to appoint Trampas Parker to the Parks Board.
ITEM #10: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow the Vintage Motorcycle Races Event to be held at Nichols Park on November 6th-8th, 2026.
ITEM #11: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow Henryetta School the use of Nichols Park for the Henryetta Cross Country Meet on September 12th, 2026.
ITEM #12: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow Henryetta School the use of Nichols Park for the Regional Cross Country Meet on October 24th, 2026.
