 CALL TO ORDER, CONFIRMATION OF PROPER NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OKLAHOMA OPEN MEETING ACT, AND DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM.

1. Discuss/Act on the minutes from the Regular meeting –  April 2025 
2. Discuss/Act on HEDA financial report, April 2025
3. Discuss/ Act on moving balance on super now (.30%) checking account at AEB into a Money Market checking account at (2.59%) for $1000-49,999. There is currently a balance of $1507.46. These money market accounts are specifically for tax dollars and municipalities and is covered by FDIC insurance.
