CALL TO ORDER, CONFIRMATION OF PROPER NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OKLAHOMA OPEN MEETING ACT, AND DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM.
1. Discuss/Act on the minutes of the Regular meeting – December 9, 2019
2. Discuss/Act on the HEDA financial report – December 2019
3. Discuss/Act on the HEDA financial report – January 2020
4. Digital zoning map presentation by the Planning & Zoning Board (Janson Lilly)
5. Presentation by Zack Patel (new motel construction at I-40 Exit 237 South)
6. Discuss/Act on making final reimbursement to the City of Henryetta for the I-40 Exit 237 sewage project in the amount of $184,190.47; previously approved by HEDA. Final approval letters by the City Council to modify the approved HEDA budget are attached.
7. Discuss/Act on reimbursing the City of Henryetta in the amount of $8,389.75 for 2.5% of Shoney’s taxable sales for quarterly taxes for October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
8. Reimburse the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $57.98 for 90 minute cassette tapes used to record HEDA minutes.
9. Discuss/Act on reimbursing the Henryetta Chamber of Commerce in the amount of $1,600.00 for 2019 of communication and data backup support (invoice enclosed).
