ITEM #2: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $41,221.52 for the 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on approval of payment of Invoice No. 223133-8 in the amount of $9,319.71 to Myers Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc. for Nichols Dam Design.

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act on approval of Financial Statements and Independent Auditor’s Report for the City of Henryetta for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act on approval of “Letter of Engagement” for consulting services with Crawford & Associates, P.C. for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act to appoint Kevin Agee as the alternate for the Jail Board Authority. (to replace Steve Norman).

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act to appoint Dillon Padgett to the Henryetta Board of Adjustments.

ITEM #9: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow Henryetta Hallow to have a sanctioned 5k run on the day of October 17th. (They are requesting closure of Main Street for approximately 3 hours. Run will begin at the Gazebo up to Main Street).

ITEM #10: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow the request by the Reach Corporation to use McCutcheon Park for their company picnic with approximately 300 people attending from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. They will use bus(s) to shuttle from the Nazarene Church to the Park.

ITEM #11: Discuss/Act on approval of Ordinance No. 1318 An Ordinance Amending Part 17, Utilities, Chapter 3-Water Service and Payment, Section 17-301 Collection of Water Service; Termination for Non-Payment; Providing for Repeller and Severability and Declaring an Emergency.

ITEM #12: Discuss/Act on declaring an Emergency on Ordinance No. 1318.

ITEM #13: Discuss/Act on approval of Ordinance No. 1319 An Ordinance Providing for the Operation of Golf Carts or Utility Vehicles on City Streets; Providing for Repeller and Severability and Declaring an Emergency.

ITEM #14: Discuss/Act on declaring an Emergency on Ordinance No. 1319.

ITEM #15: Discuss/Act on approval of Resolution No. 1318 A Resolution Amending Resolution No. 1252, A Resolution Amending the Water and Waste Water rate structures for the Henryetta Municipal Authority; and providing for subsequent annual rate increases.

ITEM #16: Discuss/Act on proposals by Alera Group for Employee Group Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D Life and Supplemental Insurance for the City of Henryetta with an effective date of June 1, 2026.

ITEM #17: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 324 Beach (Oakwood Henryetta LTS 48 To & INCL 50 BLK 13)) owned by Roy Michael Taylor.

ITEM #18: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 1607 W Broadway (Glendale Henryetta Lots 7 & 8 & E ½ of Lot 9 BLK 14) owned by Chloe Swearengin.

ITEM #19: Discuss/Act on approval of City Manager’s Report.

ITEM #20: Discuss/Act to enter Executive Session as authorized by Title 25, Section 307 B.4 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the purpose of confidential communications between the Council and its attorney concerning (1) A resolution of all claims originating from a lawsuit filed by the Board of County Commissioners of Okmulgee County against Emergency Medical Service-a Trust, Okmulgee County District Court Case No. CV-2023-155; (2) An update on Muscogee (Creek) Nation v. City of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Case No. 25-cv-00227-GLJ, and with the advice of Council that disclosure to the public of the communications in such Executive Session will seriously impair the ability of the City to process such claims and litigation in the public interest.
