ITEM #1:Discuss/Act to raise the City Manager’s spending limit up to $25,000.00 to conduct business – but requiring a co-signature of Mayor or Vice-Mayor for anything above $5,000.00.
ITEM #2:Discuss/Act to temporary close all playground equipment and group activities at all City Parks until the pandemic is cleared for open use without jeopardizing public safety.
ITEM #3:Discuss/Act to temporary close all overnight camping at Jim Hall Lake and Nichols Park until the pandemic is cleared for open use without jeopardizing public safety.
